Payment Terms

According to our General Terms and Conditions payment of reservation can be done in:

  • full payment right after confirmation of reservation or
  • in 2 installments.

If you pay in 2 installments, first payment is to be executed right after confirmation of reservation, and balance is to be paid until the date stated in the calculation/proforma invoice, which you will receive from us with confirmation of reservation.


Amount of advance payment and dates of balance payment:

  • 100% of the price of reservation paied upon confirmation of an accommodation is necessary in case there is less than 30 days before date of arrival, first day of reservation,
  • 50% of the price of reservation upon confirmation of an accommodation and 50% of the price no later than 30 days before arrival, the first day of reservation.


Payment receipt

Upon execution of advance payment You will receive confirmation of payment and detailed information on your reservation.

Upon payment of 100% of the amount or payment of balance You will receive the Bill specifying all payments made and Voucher containing the following:

1. Name, address, and telephone number of service provider (legal or natural persons),
2. Address (of charter base,…),
3. Name and address of reservation holder (person who performs a reservation),
4. Number of persons with names of guests who use the services named in the reservation,
5. Description of paid service and period with date of arrival and date of departure,
6. Note about the paid sojourn tax.
